The Vineyard Cake is big, beautiful and boozy. It has a tight crumb like pound cake, but is much lighter and fluffier in texture. It is super moist, with pretty caramelized grapes peeking through here and there at the top. Made with unique ingredients ~ grapes, olive oil and an entire bottle of Muscat wine. It has a delightful crackly sugar crust topping.

This Brown Sugar Peach Cake is a classic yellow cake loaded with peaches, and topped with a brown sugar caramel icing~ to which I add Southern Comfort.

This beauty has some sweet heat~ it will hurt a brother, in a good way. It is a rich, moist and gooey chocolate cake that is kicked up with cinnamon and cayenne pepper! It is brushed with a chili mango rum syrup.

This citrus Bundt has pieces of citrus fruit scattered throughout the cake~ a perfect balance of sweet and tart. Grapefruit, oranges (blood oranges when in season) and tangerines. It is soaked with a ginger rum syrup. This cake is similar to a pound cake in structure~ a big, heavy cake, with a dense and velvety crumb. It is excellent for breakfast, toasted, with butter.

This cake is the perfect dessert to kick off the apple season. It is filled with the wonderful flavors of Autumn~ apples, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. This delicious, big cake is made moist by adding cream cheese to the batter. The finished creation has a faint tang that comes from the addition of the cream cheese.
This baby is hearty and complex in flavor, truly spectacular.
